About Dr. Bennett
Dr. Matthew D,. Bennett is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Santa Barbara and Ventura, California. He is also Director of Clinical Training at Pacifica Graduate School in Santa Barbara, California.
Currently Dr. Bennett is working on a book on comparative personality theory called Return to Freedom and Dignity. This work advances a new theoretical model termed Integrated Analytical Psychology. He is also planning a lecture series on personality with philosopher artist Leigh McCloskey.
Dr. Bennett was born in Miami, Florida, and also grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. He
attended University of Miami, University of Glasgow in Scotland, and Georgia State
University as an undergraduate. He earned his doctorate from Argosy University in
Atlanta.
He is also a returned Peace Corps volunteer (Poland, 1991-1993).
