Clinical Supervision

 

Dr. Matthew Bennett provides clinical supervision for pre-licensed recent graduates as well as licensed therapists. Clinical supervision is necessary for licensure for doctorate and masters-level graduates, and can be very helpful and enriching for currently licensed therapists as well. Documentation of clinical collaboration is effective in establishing ethical practices. All supervisees must have their own insurance coverage.

 

Dr. Bennett provides supportive and insightful clinical consultation and supervision. He operates from a psychodynamic (analytical and object relational) theoretical model, but these perspectives can be helpful for therapists of any theoretical orientation. He is also adjunct faculty at Pacifica Graduate School, teaching advanced psychopathology and other subjects.
